Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the PlottingPro platform, visual GIS engines, mobile tools, and associated cloud services operated by Vividviz.
Governing Entity
Operated by Vividviz, providing real estate layout visualizers and SaaS inventory management tools.
Jurisdiction
Subject strictly to Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
Compliance
Compliant with Information Technology Act, 2000, RERA regulations, and DPDP Act 2023.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Scope
By creating an account, registering a developer organization, uploading layout files (CAD/DXF/SVG), or browsing interactive land plot viewers on PlottingPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Authorized User Accounts & Security
- HQ Admin & Staff: HQ Administrator accounts are restricted to verified operations staff of Vividviz or authorized managing agents.
- Developer Accounts: Real estate developers, builders, and land promoters are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
- Activity Logging & Security Audit: For security, fraud prevention, and audit compliance, client IP addresses and user actions are logged across critical operational endpoints.
3. Developer Content Responsibility, RERA Info & Measurement Disclaimer
- Developer Data Responsibility: All plot details, project information, site descriptions, pricing, dimensions, and RERA registration numbers are uploaded and maintained directly by developer clients. Developers bear sole legal responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and RERA compliance of all listed information.
- Visualization Only (No Claim of Accurate Scale): All interactive vector maps, plot outlines, and 2D/3D project representations rendered on PlottingPro are strictly for visualization and marketing orientation purposes only. We do NOT claim accurate measurement scale. Vector boundaries cannot be used for legal land measurement, physical boundary demarcation, or construction surveying. Physical dimensions remain governed by official government land survey records (Khasra / 7/12 extract / registered sale deeds).
- Plot Bookings & Statuses: All plot reservations, booking allocations, availability updates, customer sales, and payment collections are the sole responsibility of the respective real estate developer. Vividviz is a technology platform provider and is not a party to any property booking, sale, or agreement.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Technical Infrastructure
PlottingPro utilizes enterprise-grade cloud platforms and third-party services to deliver real-time map rendering and database functionalities:
- Supabase Inc. — Cloud database, user authentication, and storage buckets for CAD files & brochures.
- MapLibre GL & Tile Providers — Open-source map rendering engine powered by satellite & street map tiles (Google Maps / CartoDB / OpenStreetMap).
- Netlify & Vercel — Web application hosting and serverless infrastructure.
- IPify & Cloudflare — Network IP resolution for security logs and audit integrity.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, source code, visual design elements, CAD parsing algorithms, custom title features, and trademarks associated with PlottingPro and Vividviz are the exclusive intellectual property of Vividviz. Developer layout files (DXF/SVG/PDF) remain the property of the respective developer client.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Vividviz and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost real estate sales, internet outages, third-party tile service interruptions, or inaccuracies in user-submitted land layout data.
7. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or the PlottingPro platform shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
